WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE TRAUMA-INFORMED?

To be trauma-informed means that the therapist has made it a priority to learn what trauma is, how it impacts people, and how to support someone. Additionally, CCP is trauma-focused, which means we conceptualize our clients cases through a trauma-informed framework.
